Chiropractic Care

Chiropractic care focuses on brain-body communication, specifically through the relationship between the spine and nervous system.

Your nervous system controls every function of your body and the way you interpret your environment. The spine protects the nervous system, and therefore any dysfunction of the spine can interfere with signals being sent between the brain and the body. In chiropractic, this dysfunction is referred to as vertebral subluxation.

Chiropractic care involves specific analysis and adjustments of subluxations in order to optimize function of the nervous system. Through this process, we want you to understand and feel your body’s innate ability to thrive.

Chiropractic adjustments relieve chronic bad habits in your nervous system and re-train it to function at its best. After chiropractic adjustments, your body will be better able to self-regulate and heal.

Optimum health is the state of health where your body is free of interference to any part of your nervous system, enabling your full expression of life. This is our vision for you.

Our Technique

We have dedicated ourselves to building a large technique toolbox in order to adjust anyone and everyone according to their unique needs and preferences. The primary techniques we use are Upper Cervical Specific (knee chest and toggle-recoil), Thompson Technique, and Torque Release Technique. We do incorporate a variety of other chiropractic techniques as needed in an evidence informed way.

Upper Cervical Chiropractic
Upper cervical chiropractic care involves specific adjustments of the first two vertebrae in the spine. Upper cervical adjustments address dural and meningeal tension in the spinal cord, and revitalize brain-body communication from the very start of the spine. We use neurological, structural, and X-ray analysis to analyze the upper cervical spine, and adjust using toggle-recoil and knee chest techniques.

X-Ray Analysis

We use in-house X-ray analysis as needed in order to provide the safest and most effective care possible. X-rays can provide much needed insight into the state of your spine and nervous system, and allow us to adjust as specifically as possible.
